Refund/Return & Cancellation Policy
1. What is Dry Fruit King’s Return Policy?
At Dry Fruit King, we take pride in our 100% assured quality. Due to this commitment, our return rate is extremely low. However, we do allow returns in cases where products are received in a damaged, defective, or broken condition.
All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and the products must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, labels, and invoice.
2. How to Raise a Return or Damage Dispute?
If you've received a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to dryfruitking@gmail.com with clear images of the issue.
Please ensure you include your order number and registered email ID for quicker resolution. This applies to both registered and guest users, though we recommend using your registered account for an easier process.
3. When Will I Be Refunded?
- Reverse Pickup Orders: Refunds will be initiated once the item is successfully picked up by our courier partner.
- Self-Ship Orders: If you are shipping the item back yourself, refunds will be initiated once we receive the returned item at our warehouse in its original condition.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or to your Dry Fruit King Account within 3–5 working days after approval.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once your order is packed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If a prepaid order is successfully canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
